fill a squirt gun with bleach and draw all over his lawn with in. unless you live somewhere like NYC or Chicago where there is no grass..... in that case go to you local pet store, buy a thousand crickets, and release them in his/her car.

1) Are you sure it was your ex? I mean it may be anyone, a new friend messing with you, a drunken sailor, etc.

2) If you want to let the friendship die, ignore that it happened. The best response would be no response.

3) If you want to keep the war brooding, get some heavy plastic wrap. Get some buddies, one crawl under your ex's car, the others get one person on each side of her car. Wrap the plastic over and under it, continously, until the whole roll is emptied.
