How to get my filippino girlfriend a new passport in ROK?

We live in South Korea, I am military she is Filippino. She worked at the bar under contract and ran away to live with me. Her promoter took her passport and would not give it back. We are going to get married, but she has no passport and I think her promoter turned her name in to imigration. can anyone provide us any help on our situation. I don't want her to go to jail.

Contact Immigration yourselves and voluntary explain the situation. Immigration officials are a lot kinder about things if you volunteer rather than they have to call you.

Emphasise your intention to marry. I would also speak to your unit commanding officer and get their assistance.
