How to get my insurance?

I'm 18 and I'm in the army reserves, how do I go about getting my insurance and all that? My recruiter is in Korea and I don't know who to ask. Thanks.

The only time you are covered under the Army medical insurance is when you are on drills or in training.  For auto insurance, you go into your USAA account to apply.
