How to get my lawyers sue the embassy?

Hi, I am from Singapore and my exhusband had made Turkish passports by forging my signature, the mother, at the Turkish embassy in Singapore. He then absconded my 2 kids to Turkey. How do I get my lawyers to sue the embassy or get them to surrender the passport application documents to get the Singapore police to investigate the forgery? Any suggestions and also how to get my kids back?

I don't know the particular laws of the countries involved, but in most places there are laws that protect the government, which includes its embassies from being sued.

  You have my deepest sympathy .

   One cannot sue embassies  as they have diplomatic

    immunities . I suggest very quickly  and without any delay

    to contact ur department of  Foreign Affairs . Its their duty

    to submit a protest to the embassy. Depending on

    agreements between countries, but the Singaporean

   government can  demand the return of ur children seeking

   the help of the Turkish government through ur embassy in

   Ankara .
