How to get my left punches better and more confident?

I took off my cast a month ago and realized im not as confident and strong as before? what can i do to get it strong and confident?

  1. I fractured my HUMERUS and it has taken years getting my muscles to work right.i found it better to do  many mad stretches on the damaged arm because mobility is the most important part of recovery.try things like mixing actions,skipping and all other things involving movement and dexterity


  2. Exercise and weights and build it up as you go along.Work with your trainer,Confidence is something your going to have to build up on your own.

  3. If you're afraid to fracture your left arm again then you should confirm it with your doctor. He will tell you if you're in any danger. If not start out slowly using your left arm. A good thing to do is lift "lite" weights at a fast pace to strengthen it and still keep mobility. Push ups are another great workout. Just take it easy on the bag at first since there's so much impact involved. But in no time you should be back to normal.
