How to get my mom into letting me get GTA?

I really want GTA SA, I played it before but my mom won't let me because of the language and my little brother. My dad doesn't care because he thinks it's just car chasing, but my mom doesn't think it's right for me to play a rated mature game. I'm 13 yrs. old and half the kids at my jr high have the game. I've already played the game and it's probably the best game i've ever played. But I don't really like gta 4

You're 13 years old, living in their house, getting fed and clothed. If your mom doesn't want you to play that game in her house, then listen to her and drop it.

First off GTA4 was amazing. I played it when I first got it and I didn't like it, there wasn't as many cool weapons and all that junk. But a month later I came back and played it more and the storyline is so good you get wrapped up in it.

GTASA is the worst one out of them all for language mostly because its Black characters in it and there are a lot worse words flying around if your not used to hearing or saying them like me. So 13 I think is a little young as well for that game.
