  2. Hi Adio

You need to start to get up earlier in a morning, take some exercise during the day to make sure that you sleep better at night and then you will be more relaxed at night and have more energy in the morning.

Try to eat high protein foods to balance out the exercising.

Do your homework when you come in from school and get it out of the way so that you can unwind and relax, do some exercise, see your mates etc and then bed by 10pm.

    That should work for you.

Anything else you need to know, just email

    Regards

    Andy

  3. So based on this, you're sleeping 18 hours a day (bed at 10pm, awake at 4pm).  Unless you have a severe medical condition, that is a serious problem.

You should be sleeping 8-9 hours a night.

During the day you should be active.  Go to bed at 10pm, and then wake up at 6am.

You're 15...step away from the tv, the computer, the video games, and go outside.  Stay away from sugary c**p; try eating healthy food at normal times, including a good breakfast.
