How to get on the Italian National Ice Hockey Team?

First off I was wondering what the qualifications were. I am an italian citizen, but was not born there and i dont have a residency there either. so am i legibal to play and how would i "tryout"?

I wish you'd asked a couple weeks ago. I actually played hockey against someone who has played on the Italian national team - Jason Cirone, you may remember him from the Olympics, when he got the game-winner against Latvija?

You would be eligible as a citizen. However, If you're not playing professional hockey somewhere, you're not going to be good enough.
