How to get on to neopets without remembering your birthday?

I signed up when i was like 10 or eleven but i diddn't put my birthday down i said i was 13 or older but i don't remember it and i want to get back on for old time sakes.so i was wondering if i did it on a different computer or what or do i have to try a million different bday combinations?

Hi, I have the same problem. What worked for me is I emailed the neopets team and told them that my brother had put in a birthday but he could'nt remeber what it was. I gave them the information and they knew it was my account!

tell one of your neofriends to go there (if you had a second account that was your neofriend, that's great, which means you can do it yourself too).

if you don't remember any neofriend's names, then the only way is by contacting the staff.

if you do have a neofriend, have them go to that link, then look under that list for your username, and it will show age to the right of the mail picture.

only your neofriends know your age.

if you don't know what day/month you put, then you have to have your neofriend check every single day for a year, or until your age changes.

that's when you know your birthdate.
