How to get one sibling vacate the house?

Question

We want to sell the house and we are five and one of our brother is not vacating the house.

He is living there since 1997 and our parents have demised since 1997. It is a joint property under our dads name.

Please advise..

Why do you want him to vacate?  Has your family decided to sell the home?  If the home is family home, then since he is family, shouldn't that qualify him to live there?  I suggest you give more information.
