What is the best way to get out of a slump? I was doing good at the begining of the year averaging around 8 kills a game out of the middle. I was also good at passing. But my past view games my hitting has been off and so has my passing. Any ideas on how I can get out of my slump?

  1. From one athlete to another you have to see yourself doing the right thing over and over again. Go into each game with a clear head and know that you are going to repeat the same correct motion and excellent form with strength behind each kill. If there are any videos of the past few games you might even want to see what was so different. Relax...sounds like you are a super athlete. We all have bad games from time to time .

  2. Eat your vegetables. that should help

  3. Same thing happened to me at the beginning of the season i was pumped, ready to play, no worries, and then something happened, you gotta shrug it off and get the same intensity back and forget about how you've been playing lately and just move on from it

  4. From past experience, you just have to learn to shrug it off and know that you can and will do better. Just go through the basic drills, steps, and the mechanics of hitting and bumping. Remember to bend at the knees, time the ball, use common sense. With that you can gain your confidence back but its all about not getting lazy and staying on top of what you supposed to do
