How to get out of bed early in the morning ?

I have such a hard time getting about bed early I dont know why. I was working a full time job in construction and I go to bed at 11pmish and would have to set my alarm almost 2 hours early just to get out of bed 45min before I had to be at work at 8:45. But its not like I am tired because once I am out of bed for a few moment I am awake and ready to go and not tired during the day. Just getting out of bed is the hard part, does anyone have some tips on how to get out of bed, like maybe a bed that throws you out?

  1. every so often change the sound on your alarm clock, buzz, music, fuzz, talk radio. etc. put your alarm clock further away from bed so you have to get out of bed to turn it off.


  2. try setting up two alarm clocks, one to go off two minutes after the other and set one under your bed and the second to go all the way across the room so your forced to get up and look for it haha it works for me
