I know of swap a lease but -i might be wrong-it is my understanding that even though you give the car away you will still be responsible for anything that the new leasee does to it?

  1. You have no obligation once the lease has been transferred.

"4. The buyer will then make a credit application to the finance company. The signing of the lease transfer contract will take place after the buyer has been approved for credit. After the signing of the transfer, your obligation to the lease will be transferred to the buyer thus enabling him/her to enjoy a short term lease."

  2. if I'm understanding correctly you want to get out of your lease on a car correct??

Ask the people you leased the car from they'd be able to tell you better.. good luck!

  3. When you're out of the lease already, it's the dealership's role to look for a new leasee and all your responsibilities will be passed on to that new person. You have nothing to do with it anymore as soon as you're cleared off. Hope it can help.

  4. No, as soon as they are approved by the lease company, you are totally off the note, not responsible for anything.
