How to get out of ss aqua ship in pokemon shiny gold version?

when we find the old man's girl and when we are going to his room team rocket comes n the ship sinks.after that i dont know how to get out.can anyone plzz. tell me

hmm. did you get the gs ball.. i have shiny gold but i didnt get that far.. Can you tell me where to hm waterfall please???
