i also skipped a few days last year

this year i have the SAME pe teacher

who isnt very laid back

what should i do to get out of p.e.??

what should my note say & how should i convince my parents to write me one?

please help, last year was miserable...

no i am not body conscious, lol :p

i just cannot swim, do not like messing up my makeup and hair (first period!!!) when i have classes the rest of the day.....

what excuses would/have you used??

it cant be anything serious like asthma or that would need a doctors note.. because we fill out a form with that stuff in the beginning of the year....... which i already did

  1. Your right, you will need a note giving a medical reason for why you cannot to participate in PE from a doctor.

It sucks to have a PE class first thing in the morning. Would it be possible to rework your schedule? That's what guidance councilors are for aren't they?

One thing that you could do is ask your PE teacher if you could practice swimming after school.

  2. Say you have cramps and your monthly visitor is in town. No male PE teacher will argue that. If he questions it, fall to the ground in the fetal position and say ohhhhhhhhh my uterus hurts!!!

    LOL!
