  1. exact same right now glad im not alone! mines seems have to be triggered by stress has anything new started in your life?

  2. depression happens to so many people it can be triggered by alot of things.. i no you said that you don't feel like talking to anyone but if you do you might find that it helps and you will be surprised at how relieved you feel by doing it.. you have to try to see the positive side to things which can be hard at times but if you think negitative then you will feel it.. try hold your head up high coz it wont last forever n you could talk to your doctor so you could see someone.. its a horrible feeling, i went through it your not alone

  5. Everyone feels like that its not depression, its being down which is different. If you can come on here you should be able to talk about it. Go and eat chocolate and drink milk and go to bed you will feel better in the morning, if you dont and it carries on for more than 2 weeks go to the GP and tell him how you feel, he will assess you. Believe me if you had depression it does not come on that quick. It may be time of the month, try and distact yourself and take your mind off it. Try thinking of someone worse off than yourself etc it will help.

  6. I love watching Doctor Who and find that when I'm really miserable I can watch it and feel a little bit better.  Do something you love, even if it's something really daft and it might help you through it if it's only short term.  Eating really nice cake or chocolate helps as well as long as you don't over do it
