  1. I take a hot bath, read a book and watch TV.  Also, deep breathing helps.


  2. listen to music i like, go to gfs house or she comes over, excercise, talk/meet up with a friend, sleep, talk to your dog? lol

    Eat dark chocolate (in small amounts) which releases endorphins to help make you feel better.

  4. smoke weed. trust me, all your problems will float away

  5. take a nap

    squeeze the c**p out of a stress ball haha!

    go out with friends

    make lists of things I need to do, get organized

    vent on the phone

    Eat something you really like

    Meditate

    Dance for a litte bit....

  7. do something everyday that is relaxing if its taking a long bubble bath- going to get a pedicure....taking deep breaths when you get overwhelmed...treat yourself like a queen...

  8. Meditation and/or yoga is a great way to unstress.

  9. stress is always out there no matter what, its all in how u handle things and how u perceive things that makes them stressful.
