How to get past computers when you phone businesses?

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN AT BRIGGS AND STRATTON FOR DAYS. ALL I CAN GET IS COMPUTER TALK AND MORE COMPUTER TALK WHICH EVENTUALLY ENDS IN A TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY AND ENDS MY CALL. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER.
