If it's a password on the BIOS (i.e. it asks for a password immediately on start-up, not when the OS loads up), then removing the CMOS battery and re-inserting it should reset the BIOS, including the password.

you can't enter into the computer system without the system password unless you manage to hack in but then that won't let you get into system files and if you hack into a system you may as well tell the police you did that unless it is your own personal computer.
