How to get photo from my e-mail to my myspace?

i cant figure out how to get my photo from my e-mail to my my space

Right click the picture, click save as, and save as a file in your computer. Then upload it into myspace as you would a picture you had taken on your own camera. Make sure that when you save it, you save it to your photo file so that you can find it easily later on.

From the e-mail, you have to download the picture and then save it to your documents.
