How to get photos off cd's?

I uploaded some photo's the other day and did it ok but now I don't remember what I did lol?

Click, "my computer" on your desktop>on the box which appears >double click the CD rom drive letter icon>this will show the piture icons> to download to your computer,right click the icons,on drop down click "send too"  >this will give you options to copy  them to your "my documents" or,"my pictures"
