  1. 1, 3, 6 - Looks like fisheye lens:

2: Not sure of the lens, probably not very long one, with flash off camera to subject's left  (your right) and a bit higher than subjects are. Maybe a mild fill from the other side, or front, or a reflector.  Steady tripod and adding contrast in photoshop.

4: Also a very short lens. Maybe even same fisheye crop out from the center. See how everyhitng is distorted in barrel-like shape. Again, photoshopped for contrast.

5: Again, pretty short lens, I don't think a fisheye this time. Since it's shot right into the sun, must have been very tight aperture and maybe a polarizer filter. Very powerful flash from subject's right (your left) - watch the shadows. Or maybe a reflector to reflect the actual sun at them.

    By the way, great photographs!

It will take you a lot of learning to produce something similar. It's not just about lenses and settings. I can bet, that even if you knew exactly what settings and cameras and lenses and flashes he used, you will not likely get a result even close to this. Just like knowing the recipe for a great cake isn't quite enough to bake it just like a celebrity chef, without having a lot pf prior cake baking experience behind your belt.

It's all about your vision of the world around you, but also understanding how your equipment works! So get some books or take some classes and learn-learn-learn!
