How to get pink stains out of linoleum?? What is it!?

Our house is a year old, and about six months within living here we noticed random pink staining in the linoleum. It's in the bathroom, and kitchen. Nothing was spilled to make it pink. Does anybody know what this might be, and how to get rid of it?? We have tried normal kitchen floor cleaners, and mopping, but it seems stained.

Cheap linoleum I assume, but is there any way to fix it?

It is probably where they put cheap nails in your floor.I`ve seen this before ,If you look close you`ll see a pattern.It will show through on white linoleum really well.

It could be the glue coming up from underneath. Or some other moisture. Contact your builder to come and check it out.

Try a Mr Clean Magic Eraser.  I use them all over to remove random marks and stains.  It took off all the yucky build up on the outside of our fridge, even after I spent over half an hour with bleachy water trying to get the dirt off.  Don't know how they work but they do!
