  1. birth control pills(put one in the potted soil every few months),will make the plant flower more often and also flower out of season and it will grow like no other.

  2. For two months you need to keep the plant in 12-14 hours of total darkness. Some people move the plant to a closet. (which is very strange) Others put a box over the plant. (make sure its big enough) They key is remembering to give the plant it's proper sunlight, that is don't leave it in the box to long or it will die. The plant will soon start to responds to the long nights that come with winter. so the plants develop the colour in late December into January.

srry i couldn't help much!!!! PEACE OUT!!!!

  3. I heard that They need to be put in a closet or some other dark place for a few weeks.  I'm not sure if this is to make it flower or to make the leaves red.

  4. Change the light schedule to shorter daytime hours. If it is outside you will have to cover it. Keep the same schedule and the plant will change in a week or two.

  5. For two months you need to keep the plant in 12-14 hours of total darkness and then day time proper light.  How you do that is up to you.  Some people move the plant to a closet.  Others put a box over the plant.  They key is remembering to give the plant it's proper sunlight, that is don't leave it in the closet!

Naturally the plant responds to the longer nights that come with winter.  Hence the plants develop the color in late December into January.
