Ovulation is always around 14 days before your NEXT period. You'll be most fertile in the 5 days before and until 2 days after this date. Be sure to BD daily at that time. Good luck! It normally takes 3-6 months for most couples. You'll be fine :)

have a long period of s*x (at least an hour) before he ejaculates to increase amount of s***n. be sure that you o****m afterwards so that your cervix dips into pool of s***n.

I've heard that if you "stress-out" about trying, it wont happen.  Possibly because of all that stress you cant conceive?

have as much unprotected s*x as possible.

apparently sperm work better if the balls are cool

if you are over weight or under weight that can affect it aswell

Thats the problem,

When you need it badly, it is hard to get.

When you do not want, you will anyhow accidentally get pregnant.
