Like the first person said, make sure you're ovulating. Even if you are not, there are ways that you can. Then try charting www.fertilityfriend.com is what I use, they have a free charting course and then 30 days VIP trial... I am at the end of that but will probably sign on because we haven't gotten there this month...

I know that stress is a huge factor, so you need to reduce it as much as possible but I have no idea how you would "stop trying"... once you've decided you're ready for a baby aren't you always trying?

try an oulation test as you may not b ovulating every month, stop trying the stress of it may be making it harder we tried and nothing happened as soon as we stoppedtrying i fell pregnant

Well what methods have you tried to work out ovulation?  Are you getting assistance from your doctor?

doctors wont usually do much if you havnt been trying for 12 months. depending on your age.

i know its hard, but i am in the same boat as you and so are million's of other couples.

stay positive and stress free and hopefully you will be pregnant soon.
