Hows this workout sound? found it in a tapout mag...(3x a week) sets x reps

bench 6*5

squat 6*5

barbell row 3*12

any pushup 3*max

barbell curl 3*5

Abs 3*20

military press 4*5

dips 3*max

pullups 3*max i want to get big a lean, i plan on becoming a cop so i want strength and size. what are some good supplements as well?or what are other good workouts (i only have time to go 3x a week, so dont give me a 6 day one part a day plan) ive heard of hgh sprays from my friend, such as the beast anabolic activator and golden lakes hgh (both inexpensive) any news on those? btw im like 5'6'' and 140-145 want to be at least 160 by February. for the bench i do 155 just fyi.
