How to get really big scene hair?

Question

i have some short layers.. maybe i need more.. but how do people acheive the really big scene hairstyle?

i know how to tease hair just fine.. but my hair never looks teased.. after i hairspray it, it just falls back down & just looks like a big helmet on my head... not sticking out to the sides...

i dont need rude comments about how ppl dont like this hairstlye

my friend ushally just sray a bunch of hair spray then like use there hands to like srunch it up o.O

Maybe you aren't teasing exactly right. The best way to tease and get a lot of volume is to hold up a section of hair, put the comb midway through that section of hair, and move down. Using slow, longer movements actually works better than quick teasing. Try lifting your hair up and spraying under where you teased, it helps hold it and give it volume. Maybe you need better hairspray, my favorite is "got2b".
