How to get refund from Ronco scam? I read hundreds of complaints online, but still don't know what to do?

I placed an order in Jan 2008. Ronco never shipped anything to me. They kept promising to send a refund. I searched Google, and found that Ronco showtime is a scam. What can I do to get my money back? Thanks for your help.

Actually, the company is "legitimate" but has the worst customer service record. Rather than try to get help through their 800 #'s, which are only call centers based overseas, contact the company directly at the address below. Get all your information together and send a certified letter, preferably on an attorney's letterhead, demanding action. Give them a reasonable time limit, after which you will file a lawsuit and formal complaints with the BBB and FTC (Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission.
