How to get relaxed fast?

i hate the dentist. so whenever i go there i freak out. i hyperventilate and get all weird. how could i relax myself so i can forget about where i am and what they are doing? or just not get so worked up.

  1. you should lay down and soak your body in hot water  


  2. Yep ask for the no2, alot of dentists will give it to you.  

  3. Controlled breathing: Deep breaths inhale through the nose and exhale out the mouth, before the dentist arrives.  It can also be helpful to say the word relax, in your mind so no one thinks you are crazy, as you exhale.  Then when the dentist gets there you can crank on the nitrous if needed.

  4. tell him to give NO2, nitrous oxide.  

  5. There are plenty of ways : aroma therapy, lavender is good for relaxation, meditation is really good.  

  6. Deep belly breathing while focusing just below your navel. This works miracles for me when I get anxiety.
