How to get revenge on evil neighbors

we have these neighbors that our familys have been going at for as long as we have lived her (about 7 years) everyone else on the street thinks they are a******s too. now we are moving and i want to get them back for all of there cruelness. any ideas?

I have an evil cat hater old man  (78)who has the hots for me, but also wants to hurt me by hurting the cats.He always looks up at my window when he passes under it. The other day I layed on bed next to the window, I alerted my boyfriend to lay on top of me, we were giggling as we watched him walking and then  he started looking up at my window where my bed faces the window.. Well, he got an eyeful this time, his jaw dropped and he stopped dead in his tracks when he saw me and my boyfriend looking down on him laughing our asses off at him, my bf pretended we were getting it on. He looked up a second time, stopped in his tracks and jaw dropped then he gathered his composure and walked away. We laughed about his re-action for hours, even as I went to sleep that night I was cracking up at his re-action to what he saw! I am still laughing a few days later.
