I keep getting calls from numbers don't know.How can I track these people to learn how they are FREE!!! I am not paying for something I don't know..

http://www.whitepages.com/ you can click on reverse search and type in the phone number with the area code and it will tell you the name of the person (if its a land line and listed) or it will tell you if its a cell phone and what carrier they have or if its just unlisted (restricted numbers)
