How to get rid of Blackberry Duplicate Calendar Entries?

I just upgraded to a Blackberry Enterprise Server at work.

I now have duplicate entries of nearly every appointment on my Blackberry Calendar. But in Outlook, no duplicates.

Any way to quickly & easily kill all these duplicates?

go to the calender, click on one of the entry's, hit the menu button so it opens up appointment details, scroll down and theres an option called recurrence, just fix it so it says no recurrence
