How to get rid of Papilomas? (a kind of wart)?

So I've got this weird thing on my foot that apparently is a 'Papiloma'. Just wondering, how would I go about getting rid of it? I've tried lemon juice, but that just stung.

get acid (doesnt hurt) from a chemist, apply and bandage up, repeat this until the thing is gone.
