How to get rid of Pimples and have a clear face ?

I need to get rid of pimples and spots . Most of my pimples disappeared itself but still some keeps on appearing .

Clean Pillows

Clean pillowslips

clean towels every wash if possible (don't use anyone elses towel)

Clean clothing

Stop touching your face (very serious cause of acne)

Use a skin cleaner that has near neutral (7) pH with mild dermabrasion

No kissing (but lips only ok)

Drink clear fluids room temperature or warmed

Reduce sugar as much as possible, cut it out if possible

Exercise regularly

Eat food that has plenty of fibre to encourage regular bowel actions

Get exercise 20 minutes to one hour per day

Topic pimple ointment should be considered. (Proactiv Solutions in effective)

Be strong - don't touch the pimples - be strong

Antibiotics such as doxycycline may be good for a short time.

i have the same problem as you and i have a real trouble with spots the first thing you should do is every night for 2 weeks you wash your face with soap and warm water then DABB not rubb ur face with a towel most people say that clean and clear and other spot removers work but the dont they just have loads of chemicals like vodka ect that make them go red and much worse or you u could make a face mask wich is great

1)get some porrige oats

2)mix them in a bowl with any kinda yogut

3)them if you honey or syrup them mix that in with it

4)last but not least make sure your face is clean then rub it over and leave for 10-15 minutes and wash of and leave your face damb to dry by it's self.

i have the same problem.

and I don't really think that putting the honey and oats on you're face will work.

Try exfoliating your fave before you sleep, when you wake up, and whenever your face feels oily.

Also keeping your pillows clean is a good idea, that way oil wont be rubbing against your face while you sleep.

I would definitely suggest you try SWISS glutathione bar. Its actually a soap intended for skin lightening but it really works well against pimples and the maks they leave behind! it dries them out easily in just 2-3days! a lot of people buy it for that purpose even if they dont have to lighten their skin. check out

you should wash your face at least twice a day. usually when you wake up, maybe in the afternoon or after you sweat a lot, and before you go to bed.

maybe try proactiv refining mask, it dries out your pimples really quickly. and buy a facial scrub

if ur zits are above the skin... use oxy pads!! you can get them like anywhere. there about 6 bucks and they dry out ur zits or make them turn white/green in a few hours!! try them they work. If they are under the skin proaciv works the best for me
