How to get rid of a antivirus virus?

so i have this window that pops up on my computer that says its the vista 2008 antivirus agent. ( what i am i 2 do ) it say i have 424 viruses.

It is called the ANTIVIRUS XP 2008. PLS HELP. I JUST GOT THIS LAPTOP FOR SKOOL.

try using SUPERAntiSpyware  and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to remove this.
