How to get rid of a cyst faster?

I have a cyst and it is very painful I can get into the dr. for a while. I have been putting a warm compress on it what else can I do to help it go away faster?

Depending on size you could get it surgically removed.  Yes you would be knocked out but it is a minor surgery no where near major.  You would be back to normal in 2 weeks max despite what your doctor would say.
