How to get rid of a keyllogger?

I believe my pc has been hacked and sensitive information shared with others. A little pop appears occassionally its say either "Auto reply" and or "Auto play". This is on the left hand side.

I use a laptop occassionally but my PC tower is the main one for ebay trading. On the tower ebay crawled to a virtual stop and the laptop it was normal speed.

wat computer type is it, it might be an on screen camera thingy. go to add / remove and see if its there.

You need a good antivirus and antispyware program.

Before you begin, you must uninstall any existing antivirus and antispyware programs and firewalls which are currently installed on your PC.

Then follow these instructions:

Install Anti-Virus Program

After installation it will restart and perform a scan.

All infected files = move to chest

Next install Anti-Spyware Program

http://www.superantispyware.com/

Once installed right click on the icon and click 'scan for spyware, adware malware'

Do the full scan. It will show you a list of infections found. Just follow the instructions to quarantine the infected files.

I had to perform this scan about 4 times before it said 'no infections detected'

(You will need to reboot after each scan. The full scan takes some time so be patient!)

This should get rid of the culprit! And your PC will be a lot faster!
