How to get rid of a pimple in 2 days!!! Help!?

Okay, so I have this huge pimple under the side of my nose. It looks disgusting. I usually never get pimples, but I've been stressing out lately. I also have tiny little pimples on my chin. School's in 2 days! Please help!!! I'm stressed out even more because of these stupid pimples.

And right now I'm using Spectro Gel to wash my face. And this cream prescribed from my doctor. But it doesn't seem to work. Somebody please help!!

You can crush 1to 2 Aspirin tablets mix with a little water and apply on pimples for 15 minutes and wash. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
