  1. Click Start,

    Click Run,

    type 'msconfig' in the box without the asterisks

    in the system configuration utility click on the startup tab

    find the Picture Package program in the list and uncheck the little box in front of it.

    click apply or ok whichever it says to do then

    You will probably have to reboot your computer to save the changes.

  2. First check the options or preferences in the program itself.  If there is not an option to disable starting with windows then check on start all programs and look in the startup fold.  If the program shortcut is there just right click and delete it.  If it is not there then you can click start run and type msconfig.  On the startup tab untick the box for the program then close and restart.

  3. 1.Select Run from start menu

    2.Enter "regedit"(without quotes) in the run and press enter

    3.Now goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARES -> MICROSOFT ->WINDOWS -> CURRENTVERSION -> RUN .

    Now That page conatins the startup entries of your computer. Delete the things you wanted.

    REMEMBER

    You are dealing with Registry so take a backup before doing anything.

    OR

    Look for application CCleaner. Which is freeware and can delete statrup entries

  4. Go to Start --> All Programs --> Startup and take it out of there.

    Good luck,

    Jesse

  5. Open the program, and look in the 'tools' or 'file' (or ??? somewhere) for the preferences or options.  In disable (uncheck) 'load at startup' option, or similar config.
