How to get rid of a stiff body after football practice ?

i got back from football practice yesterday and i had a stiff body. it was hard to walk, hard to get up and sit down. my shoulders and thighs really hurt if i use them. it happens after every football practice.

  1. I'm a manager and the coaches have the team stretch A LOT before and after practice.


  2. stretch...its what i do  

  3. Stretch, and use Icy Hot or Bengay.

  4. This is called NO PAIN NO GAIN,,,lol,,,,It is just your body's way of say what the heck,,,so you need to know that eventually this will go away the more you practice but Advil and heat packs do help.
