How to get rid of annoying small ants all over the apartment?

We got them 2 months after we moved in. & they seem to travel. I 1st noticed a whole bunch of ants in the bathroom closet & on the floor near the closet. They are the small red/brown ants. After that we had a trail of ants next to our bed on the wall.

Then we see a ants in the pantry closet. We keep killing them & the next day theres a whole bunch of them in there again. Now they are in our freakin closet!! ill pick up clothes & see 2 ants on each thing. they are crawling around the closet. & today i saw ants crawling around our laundry basket thats in the restroom. Ahhh they are driving me nuts! whats causing them. No food goes in the room.

What can i use to get rid of them thats chemical free & safe? Im pregnant & have a toddler around so i dont want that awful smell around the apt.

you'll need to call an extreminater in other wise youll never be able to kill all those tiny ants around your apt, give all your clothes a good shake so any any crawling around doesnt get away.after that youll need to get insect poisen and put then around every door and window and every nook and cranny, to make sure if they do come in they'll die. try to keep ur toddler away from the poisen though.

try to look around to see if u can find any dead rat or mouse or any sweet treat around ur apt maybe thats why they come into your home because they are atractted to the food.  and make sure no food is lying around. put it away in cuboards so there is no problem with the ants coming back
