How to get rid of anti virus 2009?

Question

Anti virus 2009 pop up on my computer saying i need to upgrade it and register it. I tried registering it but says i can't with out license number or email i used my email and said i had a wrong email. Well ever since my computer keeps freezing and a blue screen pops up saying i need to register anti virus 2009 or anti virus 2009 in unregistered. It pops up different windows all saying anti virus 2009. How do i make it stop making my computer freeze?

Reboot into Safe Mode, if you can, by all means try and remove it!

It is indeed a virus, pretending to be "Anti-Virus". If it was really Anti-Virus, you wouldnt have the problems your having now.

Go to:

Download AVG Anti-Virus and update it. Then do scan on your computer.
