Question:

How to get rid of aphids/green bugs on plants?

I have a patio garden with no backyard or ground space. I have a bunch of little green bugs all over my fruits and flowers. I have bought lady bugs, but they ate some and then flew away 12 hours later. A total waste of money.

I don't want to buy any pesticides, but I don't know what to do. Are there any green ways to get rid of them???

  1. Try getting a spray bottle and using water and two table spoons of Palmolive dish soap (the original green kind). My grandma has been using this for years and never has a bug problem. I started using it a few days ago and I have already seen a tremendous decrease in bugs! Hope this helps :)

  2. Mix some Dawn dish detergent and water.  Spray the solution on your plants it works.

  3. Buy a pack of cigarettes, soak them in a half gallon of water, then spray the water onto your plants. It looks gross but it worked for me.
