  1. Brush your teeth?

Brush your tongue way in the back.

  2. bad breath can cause social isolation, and depression.  to know how to get rid of it is to be able to know first the cause of it.  after determining the cause of your bad breath, you can seek appropriate treatments for your bad breath.  know that bad breath is caused by so many factors like like lack of oral hygiene, dirty mouth, eating a garlicky meal, dry mouth, medications, smoking, gum disease and stomach related problems.

proper oral hygiene can best eliminate bad breath, as well as keeping the mouth hydrated by drinking lots of water to be able to keep bad bacteria at bay.  keep saliva going for it is the best defense that you can build against bad bacteria in the mouth.

if all commonsense measures did not work to stop bad breath, it is best that you talk to you dentist. bad breath does not only limit its cause in the mouth like gum disease or the lack of poor oral care. sometimes it can be caused by stomach related problems.  better ask the help of a dental expert to determine the underlying cause of bad breath and get some recommended treatments.  visit http://www.oramd.com for more bad breath eliminating tips.

  3. BRUSH your teeth and tongue 2 to 3 times a day or as needed. FLOSS between teeth. Also, USE mouthwash as directed after brushing. Make time to VISIT your dentist once or twice a year or as advised. Sometimes there are faults in your gums and not just in your teeth for toothdecays. Before, I had a gingivitis which caused me a very awful breath, then I visited my dentist and gave me a dental cleaning and swabbed my gums with fluoride, and immediately I felt and smelled the better difference.

CHECK also with your IM(internal medicine) doctor because there are cases where the fault is caused by problematic intestinal parts.

NO spicy or very minimal foods like garlic, onions, etc... and certain veggies like brocolli, asparagus, etc. these are undoubtedly healthy foods but they do really make your breath smell pretty nasty. Instead, EAT more fruit because its acids regulate and aid in proper food digestion. Also, there is this "Hunger's Breath" which happens obviously if you have skipped or did not eat at the right time. So, NO skipping meals.

NO drinking and smoking. They also contribute to bad breath.

  4. Bad breath is caused by a significant amount of bacteria in your mouth that feed on food remains.

Brush your teeth at least 2 a day.Use a electric toothbrush if possible.Cleans better then ordinary tooth brush. Also floss at least once a day. That means clean between your teeth with a dental string you can buy in most  pharmaceutical stores and supermarkets.

Wash your mouth with warm salt water at least once a day.One tea spoon of salt will suffice. It kills the bacteria in your mouth by dehydrating them and rids you of your bad breath.Gurgle your mouth with it at least 30 seconds and DO NOT wash your mouth afterwards with water for at least an hour.

  5. Brush your tongue with your toothbrush, eat more fruits.
