  1. Ab work-outs are surprisingly affective. Crunches, sit-ups, and planks are great for eliminating belly fat. I can usually find a challenging ab work-out in Women's Health magazine. (Or visit the website, womenshealthmag.com.) Also try to avoid empty carbs found in bready, white foods, such as muffins, white bread, cakes, cookies, biscuits, ect. Hope this helps!

  3. cardio work outs doing sit ups only build strength under the fat but doesn't burn it cardio burns the fat but doing sit ups is good too. water defiantly
