How to get rid of black wasp or hornets in tongue of my camper trailer, fifth wheel ?

You are most likely going to have to spray them with wasp/hornet spray.  I doubt there is much you can do to prevent them other than spray there every so often, they love any place that has a contained area for them to nest in. Good Luck.
