How to get rid of cold?

I always experience having cold whenever I get tired. It often occur after a long practice or training. For example, we practiced yesterday for our cheer dance, today, I have cold. It is just clear fluid coming out from my nose. It's not sticky though. How can I get rid of it? We will perform next month. Anyway, I tried some medicines that helps reduce the symptoms of allergies but it still occur.

  1. Start taking vitamin C tablets or drink lots of orange juice every day. Once your body get enough vitamin C, it will fight off the cold symptoms more easily.


  2. It doesn't sound exactly like a cold, but more like something gong on with your respiratory system after exertion.

    Speak to your coach, they are probably familar with symptons like this, and have sen them before and can suggest what to do to get help.

  3. i agree with isaiah, vitamin c...take it everyday and you'll rarely get sick! it works for me...last time i got the cold was in '06:)
