Hi,

Open the system in SAFE Mode and try to delete the virus or If u r connected to internet, go to any antiviurs software company website and click on online system scan.

the only way i know is to join a forum like majorgeeks .com and follow the instructions  for infections --it is a lengthy process sometimes but u will get rid of more than u think u had on ur pc ---they are one of the best places to go ---highly rated --also look at their site has much to offer for free tested programs and payed --- they give daily updates on new apps that have come out

run a scan.
