  1. You need to disable the malicious files from running at startup.  Do a google search for Autoruns. Autoruns prevents malicious files from executing making deletion easy. Also use Avenger to permanently  delete files locked by the operating system before they are loaded by the operating system.  I would also recommend downloading HijackThis and posting the log file to see if any additional malware is on your system.

  2. I think you rebute your computer. (Im not sure if thats how you spell it)

  3. use manual removal instructions

  4. you either delete the cookies or use a spy sweeper system

  5. Well, always put Firewall on.

And if your computer has a virus controll system, like Norton Virus, then press on the icon and if you see anything that says risk or in red, press on it and follow instruction (should say secure)

Then press scan now and it should scan the whole system if you don't have this, my one, by one that says Norton on it, go to the store and ask the people for the Norton you need for your computer, my computer came with Norton Security Internet i think

    good luck

  6. A very good, free anti-virus available to download is AVG 8 Anti-virus:

And for any spyware problems, get SpyBot - Search and Destroy:

And for protecting your personal info and files, use Ad-Aware 2008 Free Edition:

All of them are free, as powerful as paid programs, like Norton and McAfee, and don't use up as many resources.

Just boot into Safe Mode (Press F8 when turning on the computer) and run full scans.

    Hope that helps.
